We regularly assist and advise Trustees in the administration of irrevocable trusts (both lifetime and post-death), and can help make sure the process is handled in a manner providing adequate protection to the Trustee for his or her actions in assisting with the administration process. We efficiently guide Trustees through the administration process to ensure all legal requirements are met. We have often avoided otherwise potentially litigious situations by communicating clearly and kindly with trust beneficiaries, and helping all parties to communicate well and remain in good relations in otherwise trying and difficult times.
